The only AI-powered CRM built by a working contractor — not software guys.

Every lead. Every job. Every signature. One app.

See every lead, every rep and every signed contract — without making a single call. SalesApex gives roofing, remodeling and construction companies one place to run leads, send estimates and invoices, get contracts signed on the customer's phone, and manage every job — with full visibility over every rep. And while you watch the numbers, AI does your reps' paperwork — so they sell more.

The problem

Your sales run on sticky notes, five apps, and “I'll text you the estimate tonight.”

Leads slip. Paperwork scatters. And you find out about problems a week late. Sound familiar?

Everything lives somewhere else

Estimates, signatures, invoices, photos — four apps that don't talk to each other.

Leads quietly die

No system doing the remembering — so missed follow-ups hand money to competitors.

You can't see your own company

Who's closing? What's stuck? Without one place to look, supervision is phone calls all day.

Here's the whole app, in the order a real job actually happens — lead in, estimate out, job done, review earned.
The solution
1One command center

Every rep. Every lead. Every job. On one screen.

Leads arrive organized by the day they came in, every job carries its own timeline of who did what and when, and you see all of it — from the office or the job site. Your reps see their work; you see everyone's.

  • Today's leads first, day by day — nothing gets buried
  • Per-rep pipelines, sales numbers and monthly results
  • A full timeline on every job — decisions, photos, changes
  • The window on the rightbelow is live — tap any rep, then any job: every project opens with its signed contract, change order, estimate, invoice, notes and expenses included

Every rep and every job in this demo opens — this is the real app, seeded with example data
You can see every job the moment it's sold. Now it has to close — and the signature is where deals go cold.
2Native E-Sign

E-signatures built in. Rep-controlled, sent from the estimate they already made.

No third-party signing tool, no uploading a PDF somewhere else. The lead is already in SalesApex and the rep already built the estimate on it — so the contract goes out from that same record, with one tap, the moment the customer says yes. They sign on their own phone, the locked PDF files itself under the job, and the invoice picks up exactly where the signed contract left off. Estimate, signature, invoice: one place, one trail.

  • Rep-controlled — the rep sends the contract from their own pipeline, on their timing, from the kitchen table
  • Built from the lead already in the app — same name, address and line items as the estimate, nothing re-typed
  • Estimate → signed contract → invoice on one job record, one trail
  • Legally binding, signed on the customer's phone — locked PDF saved forever, copies emailed instantly
  • Owners see every document every rep sends — nothing off the books

Signed in minutes, on the customer's phone. But most jobs don't close on the first visit — which is where companies quietly lose the most money.
The quiet advantage

The AI does the paperwork. Your rep does the selling.

No chatbots, no buzzwords. SalesApex puts AI inside the exact moments a company loses time: writing the scope of work, typing a lead in from a phone call, and chasing the follow-up. The rep stays in the conversation; the office stops re-typing; the admin work does itself.

01Scope of work
Rep types“Tear-off and re-roof, 30 sq, architectural shingle, two skylights.”
AI writes
Full scope of work on the estimateMaterials, steps, standards — addressed to the property. Rep checks it and sends.
02Dispatch auto-fill
Office pastes the call notes“Dana Wells, 41 Oak St, leak over the kitchen, Tue 2pm works, 555-0142.”
AI reads it
New lead filled inName, address, phone, job type, appointment Tue 2:00 PM. Nobody re-types it.
03Follow-up
Rep answers “how did it go?”“Went well — she wants to talk to her husband first.”
AI writes
Follow-up text ready to sendIn your company's voice. Review requests come pre-written the moment a job completes.
More AI ships as you read this — built by a contractor who runs his own jobs on it every week, and every company gets it automatically.
3Follow-ups

The system does the remembering, so no lead dies quietly.

Any lead that isn't closed gets a follow-up with a date, an owner and a history. Reps get reminded when it's due; management sees what's overdue across the whole company. The money you're losing today is in this list.

  • Due-today and overdue reminders, per rep, automatically
  • Notes, photos and outcomes logged on each follow-up
  • Company-wide overdue view — see the leaks before they drain
  • AI writes the follow-up message — and the window on the rightbelow is live: pick a lead and tap AI message. The AI already asked how the visit went, the rep answered in one line, and the message is written — one more tap and it's in your texts

Every open follow-up gets one-tap Call, Text and AI message.
That only works if the follow-up actually gets sent. Which means your reps have to want to open the app.
Rep-first

Your reps will actually use it.

The #1 reason CRMs fail is that reps hate them. SalesApex is built rep-first — the owner's visibility is a side effect of tools reps want.

AI writes their texts

Follow-ups and review asks are drafted for them. One tap and it's in their Messages.

The map sells for them

Reps knocking doors see your sold jobs around them. “We did your neighbor's place last spring” is the strongest opener in the trade.

Their numbers, their wins

Reps see their own pipeline, commissions-in-motion and results — not a surveillance tool, a scoreboard.

And the tool reps ask for by name is the one that hands them their next lead — from the jobs you already sold.
4The job map

Your whole history of work, pinned on one map — and your reps can see it.

Every job — including the ones you did before SalesApex, imported in minutes — becomes a pin. Reps knocking doors see the sold jobs around them: “We did your neighbor's place last spring” is the strongest opener in the trade. Prices and private details stay visible only to the selling rep and management.

  • Live pins for leads, jobs in progress, and completed work
  • Bulk-import your past jobs — spreadsheet or map export
  • Shared with the whole team — sensitive numbers stay restricted

5Reviews

Turn finished jobs into five-star reviews, on autopilot.

The moment a job completes, SalesApex lines up the review ask — a ready-to-send text or email with your Google or Thumbtack link inside. Happy customers review while the feeling is fresh; your next customer finds you because of it.

  • Completed jobs queue up for a review request automatically
  • One tap sends a personalized ask by text or email
  • Google, Thumbtack or your own link — tracked per customer

Your data is safe

Built like your business depends on it — because yours does.

No buzzwords, just the protections that are actually running, all the time.

Encrypted connection

Everything between your phone and SalesApex travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) — on every page, every time.

Daily off-site backups

A full copy of your data is stored automatically every day with a second provider, separate from the server that runs the app.

Your data is yours

The owner can download a complete export of everything — customers, jobs, documents — in one tap, anytime. No lock-in.

Role-based access

Reps see their own customers and jobs. Owners and managers see everything. Pricing on the shared map stays private to the selling rep and management.

Tamper-evident contracts

Every signed contract is locked as a PDF with a digital fingerprint recorded at signing, and copies are emailed to you and the customer instantly.

Watched around the clock

Independent uptime checks and error monitoring alert us the moment anything misbehaves — usually before anyone notices.

That's the whole list on purpose — we promise only what's built and running today, and this page grows as the protections do.

Still weighing it up? The honest answers to what owners ask us most.
Questions

Straight answers.

Are the e-signatures legally binding?
Yes. When your customer signs on their phone the document is flattened into a locked PDF and stamped with a digital fingerprint, the signing time, and the device it was signed from — the same audit trail commercial e-signature tools record. Signed copies are emailed to both sides the moment it's done.
Can I import my existing customers and past jobs?
Yes — bring them in from a spreadsheet in a few minutes. Past jobs become pins on the shared map straight away, so your reps can knock the streets you've already worked.
How many users can I add?
As many as you need. The $199/month plan covers your first five people, and any user after that is $39 per month. Add a rep in season and remove them after — billing follows your crew.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing is charged automatically — there's no card on file unless you put one there. If the trial ends without a subscription your account simply becomes view-only: every lead, document and photo stays exactly where it was, and you can export your data or subscribe whenever you're ready.
Do my reps need to install anything?
No. SalesApex runs in the browser on any phone, and can be added to the home screen so it opens like an app. Nothing to install, no app-store approval to wait for.
Is there help setting up?
Yes. Import and setup are quick, and at this stage you can book a 15-minute setup call directly with the founder.

Run your next job on SalesApex.

Set up your company in minutes, invite your reps, and send your first estimate today. If it doesn't make your week easier, walk away — the trial is free.
